Test Concepts and Laboratory Management

Using a test matrix, we can quickly judge whether or not a product is generally affected by restrictions on substances. One can often judge from documents provided by suppliers whether a product really complies with limits on pollutants or prohibitions of substances. Sometimes, however, compliance of materials can be established only on the basis of laboratory tests.

Laboratory tests costs time and money. The following applies here too. Sometimes a complete test is neither necessary nor helpful. We develop for our customers a recommendation for the necessary scope of test and test parameters on the basis of a risk-based test matrix. Each test laboratory has its own areas of concentration. At our customer’s request, we issue a recommendation for a suitable test laboratory and, especially in problematic cases, also accompany the test procedure in the laboratory.
